The Musical Theatre Company is open to performers year 12  & plus. We stage one musical / show per each major half term. 

Rehearsals run Sept - Dec for the Xmas production, Jan - April for the Easter production & April - July for the summer production. Rehearsals all take place Tues/Weds and or Friday evenings. Full attendance is required during the rehearsal period to ensure a consistent, high standard that we have become known for. 

In addition to this The Performers will take part in concerts, festivals, events & charitable / fundraising opportunities. 

With each production we stage we aim to challenge our performers (and ourselves creatively) to the next level. Mixing our genres, styles & influences we aim to deliver an eclectic annual calendar of productions. 

We instil an ambition for excellence, performance stamina, confidence in ability and a stage awareness in our performers that is second to none, building fond performance memories and a wide arsenal of skills to take further into their performance careers. 

Kinetics' Theatre Company currently meets every Thursday 5:30-7:30pm Rumney (When Rehearsing)

 

Performers range between 13-19 years of age from a wide background of Schools, Colleges & Universities. 

 

The Company is inclusive and open to anyone  (subject to numbers) who are welcome to audition for the next upcoming production

 

Each term students & performers will rehearse and work towards a musical theatre production which is staged in our venues, The Richard Burton Theatre at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama & The Atrium Theatre The University of South Wales

 

All Kinetic Staff are fully trained and enhanced CRB checked.
